Your Elopement Package

This package is for those Lovebirds who wish to have an intimate ceremony with your nearest and dearest . You can opt to enjoy all that is included in this package, or consider including any of the additional add ons to compliment your special day.

The Elope package is our low cost option to get hitched, as bookings are restricted to Monday-Thursday only. This allows our awesome service providers to supply a discounted mid-week rate.

The Elopement Package includes:

  • A super special tailored wedding ceremony held on the porch, in the beautiful bush surrounds of Dashville for up to 25 wedding guests, including children and witnesses.
  • A personal wedding planner to coordinate and oversee all aspects of your ceremony.
  • Your choice of one of our highly experienced celebrants to support you throughout the marriage journey, including customised vows and all legal paperwork.
  • Basic flowers package, including bouquet with matching buttonhole for bride and groom.Of course your welcome to a consultation with Annie the florist to discuss any additional requirements.
  • 2hr mini-reception onsite at the immediate conclusion of ceremony.
  • 1 hour professional photo shoot, with all digital photos hosted on your own personal online gallery ready to download, save, print and share, in both colour and black and white.
  • Signing table and a complimentary bottle of bubbles.
  • Bridal party grazing plate (during photos).
  • Audio system for your personalised music playlist for your special day.

Dashville Wedding Package

A Dashville wedding is perfect for couples looking to make a weekend of it, invite their whole crew along, creating a relaxing escape with a special ceremony and evening reception, with live music, camping and a slow Sunday morning breakfast.

Dashville is an alternative, spacious venue. For weddings we can host groups of anywhere between 40 and 300 guests.

As a starting point, we have formed a stripped back venue package based on 40 people.

From here we provide you with the options as to what level you want to go with particular elements like flowers, photography, entertainment, camping etc

Dashville's starting package includes:

  • Exclusive use of the site from the afternoon prior to your ceremony day, to the morning after your ceremony day.
  • A super special tailored wedding ceremony held on the porch, in the beautiful bush surrounds of Dashville fo 40 people.
  • A personal wedding planner to coordinate and oversee all aspects of your ceremony.
  • Your choice of one of our highly experienced celebrants to support you throughout the marriage journey, including customised vows and all legal paperwork.
  • Rustic timber bench seating for your guests during ceremony.
  • Signing table and a complimentary bottle of bubbles.
  • Grazing plate for the bridal party during photos.
  • Audio system for your personalised music playlist for your special day.
  • Use of the site to soak up the afternoon into the evening and celebrate your wedding with your guests.
  • Reception undercover in The Swoop Inn dining area or outdoors under a beautiful open sky.
  • Dinner…hot buffet meal OR canapes, alongside a grazing plate for 40 guests, with all cutlery and crockery.
  • Use of all in house tables and chairs.
  • Single tier wedding cake and tea/coffee stand.
  • All guests have the option to camp onsite and wake up in serenity.
  • 24 hr access to hot showers, bathroom facilities.

Price for all the above is $7650 inc gst.

Please note, catering is included already in the package, operated exclusively by Dashville and can be tailored to your requirements within the budget provided.

Other Functions

Dashville is available for all type of functions. Training courses, school formals, corporate gatherings, kids parties, 50th birthday parties, you name it! If you would like to enquire about another type of function that is not a wedding, please feel free to enquire here

Basic Conditions of HIRE

 

  • All base packages are minimum spend, no standard inclusions can be omitted due to exclusive arrangements with local service providers.
  • No date or booking is confirmed until deposit is paid.
  • All deliveries or site visits must be pre-arranged.
  • BYO alcohol is not permitted onsite as it is a licensed venue.
  • No glass is permitted onsite, due to the dangers of it breaking up in the ground and injuring local wildlife.
  • Strict midnight noise curfew across site.
  • All persons under 18 must be accompanied by an adult whilst onsite.
  • No ground disturbance, digging holes, climbing trees, entering private areas, without permission from Dashville management.
  • No campfires unless approved by Dashville.
  • No pets unless approved in advance.
  • No trailbikes, quadbikes, firearms, fireworks or other contraband permitted onsite.
  • All inclusions are based on current facilities, which are subject to change without notice.
  • Cancellation policy outlined during booking process.

Dashville is a family run operation, instead of farming or breeding livestock, the Johnston family excel at hosting events on their 100 acre family property. So if you plan on heading out to Dashville sometime, expect a friendly face & someone willing to help, give advice or assistance.

Function Areas

Dashville has two alternate undercover spaces to host smaller functions of around 50-200 people. For functions larger than this, we would suggest a mixture of the indoor and outdoor open spaces or rent our 10m x 12m clear span marquee.

A slice of bush luxury

For a function around 100-500, the Dashville site has ample space to claim your own private camping spaces. Hot showers, flushing toilets, dining spaces, commercial kitchen, two bar areas.. Bring caravans, campers, claim a powered site. All these things make it quite comfortable place for a function or camping weekend away.
