Thrashville playing times, shuttle bus + more
We're super stoked to be bringing you this big slice of hectic awesomeness this Saturday 13th February.
There's been a last minute casualty with Dark Order (due to medical reasons), but we welcome Sydney D-beat hardcore cats Dark Horse to comfortably fill the void.
In any case the line-up is now complete and playing times are below.
Whilst the option to camp is included in your ticket, for some it may be convenient to consider the return shuttle bus running from Maitland Train Station, with connect with public transport further afield and also stops in Rutherford, Lochinvar, Greta and Branxton on route. Scroll down for pick-up spots.
If you're keen on the shuttle bus make sure you have both a paid ticket to Thrashville and a ticket for the bus.
If you choose to stay onsite and camp, there's breakky available in the morning.
Scroll on down for all the FAQs and if there's any questions, please email us at email@example.com
All things you need to know for Thrashville...
What are the COVID rules? Can I mosh? Is it seated?
Your temperature will be taken at the gate. Please do not attend if you are showing flu-like symptoms. There is no moshing as we cannot have a dance floor, and patrons need to stay 3m away from the stage. In order to put on Thrashville we are required to have a seated area, so either BYO seat or there will be seats on the day for you to use. You can stand up in front of your seat as long as you socially distance.
When do gates open?
Everything opens at 11am. Campground, arena, bar, merch and restaurant. The bands don't kick in until 1pm.
When and where does the shuttle bus depart from and how do I get tickets?
Ticket link above in yellow. Catch public transport or get a lift to Maitland Train Station. The shuttle departs Maitland Train Station at 12pm / 2pm / 4pm, and can do pick ups at Rutherford shops, outside Lochinvar Pub, Greta Pub and Royal Feddy at Branxton. Be at the stops at the time the bus departs Maitland, and keep an eye out for a Port Stephens Coach so you don't miss it!
Return shuttle to same locations leaves Thrashville at 10pm and approx. 11.45pm after the last band.
All people on the shuttle need a ticket for the bus and the event.
Is a shuttle running on Sunday the 14th?
No, there is no shuttle running on the Sunday, the last shuttle is after the gig ends on the night.
Can I BYO alcohol and food?
No, there is no need to. We have you covered with food and bevs for sale the whole event. We thank you in advance for supporting the event by purchasing our food and drink as it helps us to afford the privilege. You won't go hungry! Menu will be available soon on social media.
What food and drink is available?
We have a fully stocked bar and restaurant that caters to all dietary requirements and drinking tastes. Menu is available at the bottom of the page.
Where is the campground, and what can I bring to camp with?
The campground is walking distance to the arena. Bring any set up you please, such as swags, tents, caravans or car/ van sleeping.
Can teenagers attend?
Teens are welcome to attend but must be accompanied by a responsible adult (25+). Keep in mind it is MA15+ for adult themes, and course language. We do reckon though children under 13 should maybe sit this one out, but parental discretion is advised/encouraged if you have a passionate Mini Thrasher - all under 18s must be under a parent or Guardian's (25+) immediate supervision at all times.
Does Thrashville provide refunds?
No there are no refunds on tickets to this event. In the case of COVID restrictions, we do provide credit which you can use for a future Thrashville or Dashville event. You may sell your ticket and we can do a name transfer with the person who purchased the ticket - email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
